Same day delivery to Toronto and the immediate surrounding area is available provided we receive the order by 11am. The Toronto area includes Toronto, Agincourt, Downsview, East York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Weston, York, Brampton, Burlington, Caledon, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Streetsville, Ajax, Brooklin, Oshawa, Pickering, Whitby, Aurora, bolton, Concord, Gormley, King City, Kleinberg, Maple, Markham, Newmarket, Nobleton, Rexdale, Richmond Hill, Schomberg, Stouffville, Thornhill, Vaughan, Whitchurch, Woodbridge. Orders within this region received between 11am and 1pm can still be delivered same day, but rush fees will apply.

1-3 Day Delivery Region:

Orders destined for Ontario or Quebec typically reach their destination within 1-3 business days. Larger urban areas such as Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Montreal, or Quebec City typically receive deliveries earlier than rural regions.

2-6 Day Delivery Region:

Orders destined for Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington D.C., Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, or West Virginia typically reach their destination within 2-6 business days. Major urban centres such as Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, New York, or Boston typically receive their orders earlier than more rural locations.

5+ Day Delivery Region:

Orders destined for Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, The Canadian Territories, and particularly remote or hard to get to regions typically reach their destination within 5-12 business days. Major urban centres such as Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Houston tend to receive their orders earlier than more rural locations.

Other Regions:

Baskets & Boards is generally able to send shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or abroad, but rates and delivery time varies dramatically, as such we handle these orders on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

Time Estimates:

The above time estimates are not guaranteed, but should be reasonably expected outside of abnormal conditions. Baskets & Boards is under no circumstance responsible for late orders due to shipping, but will do everything within our power to deliver baskets in an efficient and timely manner.

Free Shipping:

Shipping to the United States of America & Remote Parts of Canada:

Shipping across borders costs additional resources, as such each order being shipped to the United States or particularly remote parts of Canada will be charged exact cost of shipping. When you check out you will be charged $30 CAD, and when final delivery charges are determined by our shipping department, we will credit or charge your account for the final charges.

Occasionally, individual contents of a gift basket may be substituted at the discretion of the basket designer. Though on rare occasions particular items may be different, any substitution is always of equal or greater value than the replaced item, and will fit within the theme of the gift. Substitutions can be made due to length of shipping, extreme cold, extreme heat, or due to supply interruptions. Please contact our customer service representatives if you have any questions or concerns regarding our substitution policy.
